Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over £50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our blades. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact (including protective sleeves)
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalised or engraved knives
  • Any knife that has been used, sharpened, or removed from protective packaging
  • Japanese knives that have been sharpened or used for food preparation
  • Knife sets with opened packaging or used individual pieces

Return Process

  3. Await confirmation and instructions from our blade specialists
  4. Package the item securely using original packaging

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  • Follow standard return process
  • Specify in your email that you want an exchange
  • Include your preferred replacement item
  • We’ll process exchange after receiving your return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
