Our Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact (including protective sleeves for blades)
  • A proof of purchase must be provided

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, personalised or used knives cannot be returned. This includes Japanese knives that have been sharpened or used for food preparation.

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate your return:

  2. Complete the return request form (template provided below)
  3. Await confirmation and return instructions from our blade specialists
  4. Package the item securely using the original packaging

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  2. Specify in your email that you would like an exchange and include your preferred replacement item
  3. We will process the exchange once we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personalised or engraved knives
  • Any knife that has been used, sharpened, or removed from its protective packaging
  • Knife sets where the packaging has been opened or individual pieces have been used
